The Rajput biodata field order
Pakistani Rajput rishta families evaluate biodatas in a specific field order that differs subtly from the generic biodata. Sub-clan (zaat) comes early; residence and khandaan background follow; occupation and education come after. Getting the order right signals cultural fluency.

What NOT to include (privacy warning)
Biodatas circulate through WhatsApp groups where you have no control over who sees them. Anything you put on the biodata may end up with strangers, including in other cities. Never include:
- CNIC number or scan - identity fraud risk (unauthorised bank accounts, phone contracts, false police reports)
- Exact home address - stalking and unwanted-visit risk
- Workplace exact address - professional privacy
- Phone number in public circulation - route through a family contact person's number instead
- Family CNICs - identity fraud against elders
- Passport numbers or travel plans
- Bank details of any kind
- Personal social media handles - reputation risk when biodata circulates to strangers
A note on Rajput sub-clans
Traditional Rajput families often prefer matches within or adjacent to their specific sub-clan (zaat). Bhatti, Chauhan, Panwar, Tanwar, Rathore, Sisodia, and others each have distinct extended-family networks. State your sub-clan clearly; leaving it vague reads as either concealment or lack of khandaan awareness.
Urban Rajput professional families (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad settled multi-generation) increasingly accept cross-sub-clan matches. Traditional Rajput families in Sialkot, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Muzaffargarh often remain intra-sub-clan preferred.
Turning your biodata into a free online profile
WhatsApp biodata circulation offers zero privacy control. An online profile on QuickRishta or similar platforms lets you:
- Keep photo hidden by default, unlock per-user.
- Filter incoming interest by biradari, sub-clan, city, and criteria.
- Remove or update your profile any time; WhatsApp copies persist forever.
- Reach the Rajput diaspora (UK, Gulf, North America) that local WhatsApp networks cannot.
