1 Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on QuickRishta, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not register or use the service.

These terms apply to every visitor, registered member, and paid subscriber. They are also the basis on which we provide the features described on our About page.

2 Eligibility

To use QuickRishta you must be:

• At least 18 years old (or the legal age of marriage in your country, whichever is higher).
• Legally permitted to marry under the laws of your country of residence.
• Registering on your own behalf or on behalf of a relative whose explicit consent you have.

QuickRishta is a matrimonial platform intended for people seeking serious, marriage-focused connections. It is not a dating site and is not for casual relationships.

3 Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens through your account. Specifically, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.
• Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone, see our Safety Guidelines for password best practices.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account by opening a thread in your helpdesk.
• Use only one active account. Operating multiple accounts to circumvent moderation or limits is grounds for suspension.

We reserve the right to refuse registration to any individual or to deactivate accounts at our discretion if these terms are breached.

4 Member conduct

QuickRishta only works because members treat each other with respect. While using the platform, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, intimidate, or impersonate any other member.
• Send unsolicited promotional, commercial, or off-platform contact requests to other members.
• Ask for or send money, gifts, or financial details to anyone you meet through the platform.
• Upload photos that do not belong to you, contain other people without their consent, or are sexually explicit.
• Use the platform to facilitate any illegal activity, fraud, or human trafficking.
• Attempt to bypass our security, scrape data, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

If you encounter behaviour that violates these rules, use the Report button on the offending profile. Our moderation team reviews every report, see Safety Guidelines for what to do in different scenarios.

5 Profiles, photos, and content

Everything you publish on QuickRishta, your profile text, partner expectations, family details, photos, messages, remains your content. By publishing it, you grant QuickRishta a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and (where applicable) moderate that content for the purpose of running the service.

Profile review

Every new profile is reviewed by our team before it becomes visible to others. We may reject profiles that are incomplete, contain false information, or violate these terms. You may submit a corrected profile after a rejection.

Photo policy

Photos must show you (or the family member the profile represents) clearly and recently. Group photos, heavily filtered photos, photos of celebrities, or images that obscure your face may be rejected. Photos can be made private, in which case other members must request access, see our FAQs for how this works.

6 Memberships and payments

Registration and basic features on QuickRishta are open to everyone. Some premium features (additional daily message limits, profile highlighting, search boost, auto-drafted About Me generation) are available through paid membership plans.

• Plan details, prices, and benefits are listed on our plans page. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We never store your full card details on our servers.
• Plans renew automatically only if you opt into auto-renewal. Otherwise, your plan ends on its expiry date.
• Refunds are at our discretion. We generally do not refund unused portions of an active plan, but we will refund duplicate or accidental charges promptly when reported.

7 Suspension and removal

We may suspend, hide, or delete your account if you breach these terms, temporarily or permanently, depending on the severity. Common reasons include:

• Harassment, abuse, or threats against other members.
• Repeated reports from other members that we judge credible.
• Submitting fake details, fake photos, or impersonating someone else.
• Attempting fraud, scams, or solicitation of money from other members.

You may delete your own account at any time from your settings. When you delete, your personal content is removed and your profile becomes a "this profile has been deleted" placeholder, see the Privacy Policy for the exact data treatment.

8 Intellectual property

The QuickRishta name, logo, UI, code, search algorithms, and design are owned by QuickRishta. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission. Member-submitted content remains the property of the member (see §5).

9 Disclaimer and limitation of liability

QuickRishta is a platform to help you connect with potential matches. We do not guarantee a successful match, the accuracy of any other member's profile information, the honesty of any individual you communicate with, or any specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickRishta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to emotional, financial, or reputational harm caused by interactions with other members. We strongly recommend involving your family in any serious conversation and following the precautions in our Safety Guidelines.

10 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of QuickRishta will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members by email and shown as a banner inside the app. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page is the source of truth for the current version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
