Why we do not publish a numbered ranking
Every year some publication lists "the top 5 Pakistani matrimonial sites". The rankings are typically driven by SEO opportunity, not by measurable feature comparisons, and they go stale within months as platforms iterate. A ranked list is easy to read and hard to trust.
Instead of ranking, this article gives you a scoring methodology and applies it to ourselves openly. Use the same seven criteria on any platform you evaluate, including our competitors, and rank them for your specific case.

Who each platform type suits
Rather than name specific competitors, categorise by build. Score any platform using the seven criteria above.
- General-purpose Pakistani platforms (like ours). Best for: standard first-marriage search, verified profiles, biradari filters, family involvement. Weaker for: diaspora-only searches, deep second-marriage discretion.
- Overseas-focused platforms. Best for: Pakistani families abroad or overseas grooms/brides. Weaker for: local Pakistani biradari searches.
- Second-marriage-specialised platforms. Best for: discretion, marital-status filtering. Weaker for: overall pool size.
- Practicing/deeni platforms. Best for: sect and practice-level filters, wali workflow. Weaker for: liberal or professional-focused families.
Using two platforms in parallel
Most families that closed within a year used two platforms simultaneously. Not three or four (excess signals desperation to the biradari and often nothing else). Two, with different specialisations, is the sweet spot.
The trap to avoid: creating a profile on Platform A, waiting 30 days, then creating one on Platform B. Better: start both in the first week, invest equally, and consolidate to the one that produces better matches after 60 days.
A note on quarterly re-checking
